It would seen our decks, and my pamphlet, are very likely to predate the 1970 date given in the "mkg timeline".

I love this deck, despite the mishmash of sources for its imagery, namely; trumps 2, 3, 4, + 19 are from PC Smith; trumps 16, 17, + 18 are from JP Mayer; and I'm sure I've seen the Chariot somewherelse too, with its very distinctive feature of the two horses looking at each other and clicking their hooves!; the remaining trumps are all pretty much standard TdM, while the courts are from a Minchiate deck. Yet both Lind, and later Gardner, both claimed this deck to be "authentic" (?)

I have the II deck and pamphlet as well, and I agree with Sumada that it likely predates 1970. It is interesting from a collector's standpoint in that the cards have raised printing, which implies a non-commercial, or at least minimally commercial, printing process. The cards feel kind of "grainy".
